Water Resources Division (WRD) Enforcement Unit
As supervisor of EGLE’s WRD Enforcement Unit, Helana oversees all enforcement program areas in the WRD that include the laws and rules governing the Water Resources Program, which includes wetlands, inland lakes, streams, dam safety, floodplains, Great Lakes submerged lands, shorelands protection, and critical dune areas.
