Please join us for a jointly sponsored Michigan Wetlands Association and the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy webinar on the Jurisdictional Determination of Wetlands under Part 303. Keto Gyekis of EGLE’s Wetland Identification Program will discuss wetland jurisdictional aspects of Michigan’s wetland statute (Part 303) and administrative rules.
The presentation will also focus on a broad range of scenarios that have been encountered in administering the Wetland Identification Program and Part 303. Diagrams and photos will illustrate common and uncommon situations that wetland professionals face within Michigan when determining state regulatory status of wetlands.
